is to promote community involvement in addressing air service/air fare issues through public/private partnerships.  The results of this survey will help us define air service demand and air fares our community can afford - crucial information to developing profitable and sustainable air service.

As a financial stakeholder in the process, our community will gain greater control over the success of its air service.  To ensure our success and ability to win grants - public/private organizations in our Trans-Pecos Region are already pledging cash and in-kind contributions.  These pledges, more than anything, will demonstrate to the granting authorities our commitment to achieving their stated goals in sharing costs with local contributors.  It´s these continued pledges and community support that will give us the competitive advantage necessary to win grants and be flying soon!
